This living room fireplace lacked a mantle and made the room look incomplete. The client needed a mantle over the fireplace that was simple and inexpensive. The Christmas decorated mantel completely changed the look of the room giving it a more Holiday look and feel.

The screened-in porch had torn screens, peeling paint and rotted wood.  The space was renovated by removing the lower section of screens and replacing them with PVC panels for more privacy. The door was also replaced, the screens repaired and the entire area repainted.

A storm had water damaged this basement exercise room. The room was insulated, sheet rocked, taped, spackled and sanded prior to being painted.

Main waste line - The commercial building owner had a deteriorated cast iron waste line (approximated 25') that was leaking in several areas. They had received quotes for thousands of dollars to repair. This job was completed in one day for a fraction of the cost quoted by other contractors

Garage Floor - This was a new condominium where the owner wanted to upgrade the garage with a painted floor. The floor was cleaned prior to painting with a 2 part epoxy paint.
